Formation Fees:

• Establishment of Trust (a),(b),(c): US$3,000.00*

Note:

(a) Includes execution of Trust Document and appointment of Trustee;
(b) Excludes provision of Trustee;
(c) Excludes provision of Protector.

Annual Fees:

• Trustee: US$2,000.00
• Protector: US$500.00

* Only if the client accepts fully our standard discretionary trust deed - otherwise if amendments are made then extra charges will be levied for redrafting the trust deed
